I myself only cook for potlucks or special occasions (unless you count sticking frozen foods in the microwave as "cooking"), but the cornmeal crunch was extremely easy to make, and really only has about 5 ingredients.

I don't know that Obama can fix the mess we're in, but every time I hear him speak I get inspired.
