The Good Wife
A few thoughts on last night's episode:
Considering that both of the pivotal Alicia-Kalinda breakup scenes were in the teasers, I'm surprised I found them as painful to watch as I did. It's going to KILL me if the show doesn't find some way to restore the friendship between the 2 of them, so for that reason I'm very glad that Kalinda is staying. Also, I like the fact that Will has figured out that something is up between them, since he might be a catalyst for something.
And speaking of Will--those scenes for next week! It's funny, I'm clearly more of an Alicia/Kalinda than an Alicia/Will person, because I was wondering what on earth they could be saving for next week now that the breakup had happened, and then I saw the previews and went "DOH." I honestly wasn't expecting explicit Alicia/Will for a while, so I'm interested to see where they go with that.
I loved Alicia's confrontation with Jackie. Like probably most viewers, I really have never liked Jackie, so I was glad Alicia finally got to stand up to her, though I really hope this isn't going to devolve into an ugly custody battle, since that would suck. (And I'm assuming that vague threat Jackie made about "what went on in the house" was about the condoms that she found?)
I don't have any actual comments on the case except to say I didn't realize Sarah Silverman could act, but she was pretty good, I thought.
