I am still mainly not invested in Gilligan's Island, except that last week a friend of mine who is much more comics-conversant than I explained how Slade is eventually Green Arrow's biggest enemy, so now I'm curious about how they get there. Also the island bits are the only thing making me think the writers must have a long-term arc, since they are obviously leading up to something with that.

I forgot to mention, I also really enjoyed the Moira storyline this week. She totally betrayed her ally but managed to save his daughter--which I guess makes her to Malcolm Merlin as Oliver is to all the other vigilantes: a slightly less bad person. (Though oddly enough I feel more sympathy for Moira, who really is rather trapped, even if it's by decisions she made in the past).

I'm years behind on Dr Who so I didn't even realize that was River Song!
