I did go through a long period of just such procrastination (for leaving feedback) but have found a way this year to avoid it:

I send the email immediately with the title in the Regarding-field and then apply a "Fic To Print" label (in gMail).

Then I can sort for this label and voila! there are all my faves right there, and I can bring them up immediately to re-read, when I have a minute free and am near a laptop or tower.

I've found when you 'embed' a desired result a procrastinated action, you get the procrastinated action done!with
