I thought Lana was fantastic in this episode, but a lot of people are fairly set in their perceptions in terms of characters they love and characters they hate, and basically watch the episodes through the lenses of "their" characters. It's frustrating, but that's fandom. I just try to remind themselves that just because someone, for example, hates Mionel (:cough:) doesn't mean they are personally attacking me or even the characters I love--it's just a different perspective on the show.

You did see aelora's review, though, right? That was very pro-Lana.
