I have no idea if there will be a season 7 or not--I'm not sure the CW is doing well enough overall to say if the network will still be around or not--but assuming the network stays, SV is their second or third highest rated show, I think (or at least second or third highest-rated drama), so I doubt it's going to be cancelled.
