While for some reason Almiles have decided to revisit the Clana, I don't think that Lana learning the secret is suddenly going to remove the real obstacle to them being together, which is that Clark is fated to love Lois Lane. Even the show has acknowledged that. I think what is being set up is that Lana is going to become another of Clark's secret keepers--though I expect this won't happen until next season, at the earliest.

And of course, I've always found LaT's argument that Lana could never truly be happy with Clark, because she needs someone for whom she is the primary focus, to be a very compelling one.
