Tonight's Veronica Mars
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I was unspoiled, but I am requesting a particular spoiler behind the cut, if people know it (not relating to the murder mystery but to something very surprising that happened tonight).
Oh NO! Someone please tell me that Lamb isn't *really* dead. I know, he was kind of a psycho asshole, but always an amusing one--I mean, that Wallace line about him being a friend of Dorothy, for example. If he's really dead, I'm going to be very sad! After Cliff, he's probably my favorite recurring character. Sure, it's great to see Keith get to be sheriff again, but I know that can't last for long, so please please please someone tell me that Lamb is just faking for some reason.
Otherwise, I really enjoyed this episode, though I don't have much to say about it. It's always fun to actually get to *see* Mac and Wallace (damn budgetary constraints/other shows competing for their time), and I really love that Mac finally has a nice, non-psychotic boyfriend. The Logan/Parker bonding was actually pretty nice, and considering how dysfunctional Logan and Veronica have been this season, I'm perfectly happy to have them temporarily hook up with Parker and Piz, respectively. I love that we got a lot of quality Keith/Veronica bonding time and snarkage in this episode (especially Keith's line about being surprisingly undisturbed at seeing Veronica in prison), and I also loved how upset he was that Veronica helped that kid escape. I like that they each call each other on it when they're straying into morally shady territory.
