It's got to have something to do with Nathan being her father, but I'm not sure what. Petrelli senior's link to Linderman, who was implied to be connected to Primatech in the coming attractions...there's something there, but the connection's not clear. I guess we'll see; they're being pretty good about getting around to explaining things (better than the first season of Lost, anyway).
