Blood Ties
I'm too tired to stay up for a full review--this show already keeps me up past my bedtime--but a couple of quick comments on tonight's episode.
Normally I'm all about the threesome in this show, but holy HELL I was yelling "just fuck already" in pretty much EVERY.SINGLE. Henry-and-Mike scene. Damn, I just really have a thing for snarky antagonistic slash. Especially when they're forced to work together. The fact that one is handing the other large bladed weapons is just even more slash fodder. Somebody should be writing this right now. *Cue puppy eyes of doom*
And speaking of puppy eyes of doom, Coreen in full goth attire was the cutest thing ever, especially with that completely OTT eye makeup she had going there. I was trying to decide if I really wanted Corinne/Vicki femslash, or if we need to hook Corinne up with one of the Winchester boys.
It took a while for me to warm up to Coreen, but now I'm going to really miss her when they write her off so she can continue doing Flash Gordon. I really hope they don't kill her off.
Vicki posing as an evangelist? Just about made me injure myself laughing.
IMDB says the coroner's name is Dr. Mohadevan, though that doesn't sound right to me, but anyway--I really love her. I wish they would give her a bigger role. I especially love that she told Vicki what the boys were hiding from her.
I love that Henry inadvertantly rode to the rescue, though DAMN that demon's death was disgusting. And I was pretty impressed by how well Coreen held it together when she was high.
And yay, Vicki figured out exactly what Henry and Mike were hiding from her. And Henry got all protective toward Mike! Damn! And Vicki of course knows it's Christina. I honestly can't wait until next week's episode.
