Escapade
How on earth is Escapade happening in 4 days? Where does the time go? How on earth am I going to get the 400 million things I'm supposed to get done finished before I leave Thursday? (Pardon me if I sound grumpy. I cannot shake this damn cold, and my head has felt like I'm underwater for the past 5 days. I suppose that's better than coughing all the time, but only marginally).

slinkling! Yay! And I threatened promised to pimp her into Supernatural while we are at the con, but it occurs to me that we will probably only have time to watch a couple of episodes, given all of the other fun things going on during the weekend, and I'm not actually sure what eps are best for SPN pimping purposes. I have some ideas, but I want to see what the other SPN folks on my f-list think. She's seen the Pilot and "Mystery Spot" already. What else do you think I should show her? (I have the season 1 & 2 DVDs, though all my season 3 is on VHS, which won't work since neither of us will have a tape player at the con).
I was thinking stand-alone episodes rather than myth-arc ones, since I don't want to spoil her too much. She said she liked "Mystery Spot" but she's really not too into horror. I was thinking of "Hell House" (for the humor factor--I know that was one of the episodes that made me fall for the show, and I think she liked the comedic undertones in "Mystery Spot,") and possibly "Roadkill" (just because I think it's a cool premise and clever writing, which again is something she liked about Mystery Spot--though Roadkill may be too horror-y.)
