Cristina finally figuring out how hypocritical she's been to Lexie all year, after the Chief stands up to Erica for her, and finally teaching Lexie something.
This was my favorite of the professional climaxes because I really liked that Cristina took what Chief did for her to heart, that she didn't let it pass, that she learned from it and then paid that forward with Lexie. It was great.
