Happiness meme, days 6 and 7
I was travelling all day yesterday, so I missed day 6, but I can honestly say my day 6 happy thing was that I did *not* miss the plane to Chicago, despite the fact that my previous flight was delayed for over 3 hours. Thank goodness, because there were 100 standbys trying to get on that Chicago flight.
My day 7 happiness is being home--despite the fact that it is 3 degrees outside, it's very good to see my family. And yay for my parents getting wireless, which means both my dad and I can be online at the same time. Though I do have to be social occasionally, so my online time for the next week will probably be more limited than usual.

I'm really only worried about the weather Saturday, and it sounds like it might actually be rain, not snow, so at least it shouldn't delay the trains. Though I notice they were only predicting 2.5 inches of snow today for NW Indiana (unlike the poor western suburbs--are you getting socked?) and we've already had at least that much today, and it's predicted to be worse in the afternoon.
