Ohhhh yummy! My mum does a brilliant hazelnut meringue cake with raspberries and cream. And I still recall the tartes aux framboises that I ate obsessively in Paris... Recently I've taken to mixing frozen raspberries in Greek yoghurt with a little sugar... yum!
