a_clexian_tale stories are, taken as a whole, I think probably the best group of challenge fics I can remember reading in a very, very long time. I've finally worked my way through them all, and I don't think there's a story in the bunch I don't like, and a number of them are truly among the best Clexfics I have ever read. (I guess I'll wait until the voting to do official recs, since I wouldn't want to bias the results). There are several stories with very interesting takes on Kryptonian culture/ technology/history; there are at least two stories that had me howling in laughter, and one that left me bereft and weeping; and there are also at least two long, plotty, extremely satisfying tales. Why aren't you reading them right now?

Oh no! I'm so torn. And wracked with indecision!
I'm not good with decisions, not even slightly. And indecision spirals. This is exactly the kind of thing that will lead to me spending half an hour every morning deciding on my underwear choice for the day.
