I am SO easy, but then again I've always been honest about liking this show for the pretty, not for the plot.
So they pretty much had me at
1. Steve being so delighted that Danny wasn't wearing a tie (and they've obviously been talking because Steve knows about Rachel)
2. Steve being ridiculously, stupidly bad-ass during his escape (once again with the wound self-treatment, though honestly I thought that was pretty gross)
3. Max being awesome in his own nerdy way--first brandishing the umbrella, then not even knowing about Steve's prison escape, and then correcting Danny about Yoda (HEE!!!), then deciding he wants a Camaro.
4. Yummy gratuitous shirtless Steve scene. Also: BEARDED STEVE! and STEVE IN A COP UNIFORM! It was totally Steve porn in this episode, I swear.
5. Danny and Steve once again bickering like an old married couple, so much so that both Max and Chin have to intervene.
6. That eyefucking scene between Steve and Danny in the car
7. Kono being a complete badass! I can forgive her being kidnapped because it let her stare down Wo Fat AND take down a bad guy while tied up. You go, Kono. (Though WTF about the boys being all "we don't want her going after the bad guys without backup" and then TOTALLY LETTING HER GO AFTER THE BAD GUYS WITHOUT BACKUP? I just ignore most major plotholes on this show, but that one was pretty egregious. Also I'm a little worried about her shooting the bad guy when she's not technically a cop. Or was that Joe? I couldn't actually tell).
8. Jenna! First, that she was there at all, which I didn't expect. Second, that she got undercover advice from Kamekona--hee! And then it turns out she might be working with Wo Fat? AWESOMESAUCE. I cannot wait for the angsty Jenna/Kono fic that will follow. I would like to think she's double agenting on Wo Fat, but I was hoping that about the Governor, too, and it turned out not to be the case.
9. Am I the only one who wants Hess to come back as a vampire?
10. I'm pretty happy Wo Fat remains to be the big bad. I don't want them to take him down for a while. (And when they do, I hope the next big bad is also from the Food Network, because that always cracks me up).
11. I loved the Steve thanking Chin scene. There should be more Steve/Chin, dammit!

I didn't see the Jenna thing coming, although, like you said, it could just be a double agenting thing. Here's hoping. I like her!
ITA about not knowing what the hell was going on in that scene between Kono, Chin and Danny, but I'm guessing they took her "You guys are my backup!" seriously and went with it. It's the kind of thing Steve would've made them do anyway. ;) Plus, I don't think they thought she was going to get in physical contact with any of them, so that might have been one of the reasons why she went in totally unprotected.
And yup, I think she did shoot that guy. I don't know if they covered it up, or if that's just a hanging plot hole, but yeah. She's not SUPPOSED to be brandishing a gun when on suspension, should she? :/ I kind of like that Kono's not back on the team, though, because it really gives her a separate storyline, and hopefully, that means we get to see more of her this season.
And Terry o' Quinn, man. BOSS.

The Jenna thing was an awesome twist. And I'm glad they're giving Kono a meaty storyline, especially since it's totally obvious they're going to eventually clear her. (Especially in a world where Steve gets a pass for assaulting a billion people while going after the governor/escaping from prison, just because he didn't actually kill the governor).
