Good Wife

Flaily Hands!!!!

THAT ENDING! OMG! YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY!!!

As you might have gathered, I am very very happy that it was Cary and not Will at the door (and also? AWESOME twist) because the Cary-Alicia firm is what I have been so desperately hoping for all season, so hurray.

Of course, it's really bad timing now that Will has the evidence to potentially sink Peter's governorship, and I'm a little bummed that Kalinda isn't going with them--but on the other hand, it sets up great plot complications for next season, so that will be kind of fun.

I really loved that Jackie told Peter off. Normally Jackie drives me crazy, but hell, she deserves to have her boytoy as far as I'm concerned.

The court cases were kind of ridic, but those are two of my favorite judges, and Patti Nyholm is my favorite opposing counsel, so I enjoyed those scenes too. And while I think Jordan is a vengeful jerk, I did love all his interactions with Alicia. DAMN she does that angry stare well.

And wow, I totally was not expecting Peter to win the governorship (even if he technically didn't win). I wonder if the ballot tampering is the next big Florrick scandal, or if they're going to let that simmer on the back burner for a while before bringing it up later?

I really can't wait until next season!

You think Will might blackmail Alicia to keep her?

And I'm with you on Jackie. First time I've really liked her. That hug was perfect!!!

I loved the way they suddenly worked perfectly with opposing counsel once there was a third threat!

What an ending! Seeing Cary at the door had me cheering. Go Alicia!

I do wonder how Will's going to cope if/when Diane is appointed to the state supreme court. They certainly weathered a lot of tough times together. Coupled with losing Alicia... that'll be a tough blow. At least he'll have Kalinda. For now.

Can't wait to see Florrick-Agos go head-to-head with Lockhart-Gardner!
