Nichelle Nichols!!!!! Sometimes I am SO happy to be unspoiled for this show, when it comes to happy surprises like this. And if they're going to have the whole ST:TOS cast guest star, can the next one be Leonard Nimoy? Please please please please please? (Maybe as Sylar's dad? Is Sylar's dad dead? I can't remember. I just think the Sylar playing Spock thing would make that cool).

I'm not really a Matt/Mohinder shipper, but I've very very happy for those of you who are, because that was a sweet scene.

Claire and creepystalkerboy, however, pissed me off. Creepystalker boy whose name I refuse to learn, I've fangirled Superman in many of his incarnations, and YOU ARE NO SUPERMAN. So stop stealing his moves to get the girls. Hell, I'd rather see Claire making out with her uncle Peter than with you, if she has such a thing for flyboys--it would be LESS DISTURBING. And if you kill Noah, I WILL END YOU. I will run a ficathon and create a community specifically devoted to creative ways to torture and kill you. You haven't really experienced suffering until you've been gangraped, tortured and dismembered by fanwriters--and that's what we do to the characters we actually like. You should really FEAR the collective rage of a thousand angry Noah Bennett fangirls: all hurt, no comfort, and a thousand creative ways to die.

I wish Claire would get a clue and kill you NOW because you are annoying in addition to being potentially homicidal.

If they kill off Noah Bennett, btw, I stop watching this show.

I am not unaware of the irony of posting this little hate letter to West or Wes or whatever the real name of creepystalkerboy is that I refuse to learn on a day I posted something elsewhere about hating character bashing. Do I contradict myself? I contradict myself, I contain multitudes, I am Walt Whitman, I am a hypocrite, yeah yeah yeah. I was mainly talking about Smallville anyway. Seriously, though, killing Noah Bennett is UNACCEPTABLE.

I just wish I knew for sure that the writers WANT us to hate him. It seems obvious to me--he's creepy, stalkerish, makes sweeping assumptions that he understands Claire when he doesn't, and clearly is being set up to have a massive hate-on for Noah.

But I really fear they want us to think he's romantic and troubled and to be kind of sympathetic because Noah abducted him back when he was still HRG. And ARGH. Death is too good for him!

This made me laugh for about ten minutes. *g* Man, I can't tell if they think he's actually charming (*puke*) or they're setting him up to be a learning experience for Claire or WHAT. All I know is he needs to die nownownow. Claire is so much better than that.

Yeah, that's just what I said in a comment above. If they are deliberately writing him so the audience will suspect him and hate him, they're doing a good job--but if we're supposed to think he's charming, they FAIL massively.

I still reserve judgement on the new not!superman. I dunno. He's too pushy for my taste, but Claire is also being really really whiny about hiding. She KNOWS more than anyone else WHY.

And... where would one find Matt/Mohinder? I've actually looked for it and failed. Sad.

Hmm. I'm not actually sure I've seen any fic yet (and I'm not really reading fic in Heroes--I don't have a lot of free time these days). I've just seen lots of people squeeing about it. Though have you checked ninth_wonders?

I agree with you that Claire is being a little annoying, but I'm afraid I'm finding West far far more than annoying. :-(

You know, I was feeling a bit on the fence about West Monday night because I watched the Superman movie at an impressionable age and got suckered by the flying. However, in the light of day? West is just a jerk.

There's a paragraph in Greg Beeman's blog about casting him that I just posted about (http://manticoran.livejournal.com/725222.html#cutid1), and he seems to think Nick D'Agusto is a great catch for the casting folks. I really don't get it.

However, I really, really don't think they'll kill Mr. Bennet. They know perfectly well how popular he is; they'd be shooting themselves in the foot if they did.

Well, Beeman used to be on SV, right? The show that turned Clark Kent into a stalker? (I mean Lana, telescope, etc.)? So I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
