Come to the SV social
"I would like to extend to you an invitation to the pants party. The party with the...with the pants. The party with pants."
"Brick, are you saying there's a party in your pants and I'm invited?" (Anchorman)
No, actually the party is in the comments of this entry! Come and join the fun and meet new people in SV fandom. I would especially like to encourage you quiet folks lurking in the back--even those of you without livejournals of your own--to drop by and introduce yourselves. We're all a pretty friendly bunch here, and we like to make new friends. Fandom is more fun when you get involved and meet people, so why don't you stop by and say hi?
Here's a little mini-questionnaire, almost completely stolen from
svmadelyn's glee week social, in case you need a conversation starter, but feel free to answer as many or as few questions as you are interested in answering:
1. Tell us something about yourself:
2. Likes (characters, ships, genres, TV shows, actors, real life stuff):
3. Dislikes (characters, ships, genres, TV shows, actors, real life stuff) :
4. What got you interested in Smallville?
5. What are your favorite SV episodes?
6. What SV fanfic do you reread most often?
7. Random facts (favorite food, color you wouldn't be caught dead wearing, pets' names, number of pairs of shoes you own, where you would live if you were a billionaire, etc.)
Happy delurking day! Come join the party!

Re: Part Two
Re: Part Two
hehe Okay, unagi totally rocks. And, of course, unagi is almost always paired with avocado because they're awesome together. But my local sushi place makes this Jungle Roll... it isn't like any Jungle Roll I've had in any other sushi place. In fact, in my personal sushi menu that I keep at home for making take-out orders, the word Jungle is crossed out and above it, I kid you not, I have written 'Orgasmic.' That's right. It is the Orgasmic Roll. I'm thinking of suggesting an official name change. ::nods::
Oh! And my favourite sushi place, the next town over (there are more than four sushi restaurants less than 15 minutes from me, and I live in Pennsylvania! And nowhere near Pittsburgh or Philly! How great is that? ) recently started carrying this scallop/kiwi roll thing. It is incredibly good. They're doing a lot with kiwi now...
...Damn you, Maria. ::stomach growls petulantly::

Re: Part Two
Ok, I'm getting hungry too!
Re: Part Two
Know what we need to do, Maria? We need to get together over Smallville and sushi. ::nods:: In fact... I think the world would just be a lot better off if everyone got together over Smallville and sushi. ::wistful sigh::
I'll just have to live vicariously through my fic. I know I have one somewhere where Clark eats unagi... ::goes off muttering to find it::

Re: Part Two
I live in Chile!! A long country at the end of South America!!
But i agree with you, sushi and SV, best thing ever!
Re: Part Two
I need to find something like that to describe Pennsylvania. It's, like... The square, land-locked state where they put all the Amish. ::giggle::
