No, actually the party is in the comments of this entry! Come and join the fun and meet new people in SV fandom. I would especially like to encourage you quiet folks lurking in the back--even those of you without livejournals of your own--to drop by and introduce yourselves. We're all a pretty friendly bunch here, and we like to make new friends. Fandom is more fun when you get involved and meet people, so why don't you stop by and say hi?

Great to meet you too. I've had the honor of reading several of your metas regarding SV episodes and while I don't always agree, I am *always* impressed with your analysis and articulate manner. I was only half-serious about being the "only Lana fan in LJ".. there actually are whole pods of them(us) hiding in the corners, just not so much in any Clex-oriented communities.

I've fantasized about organizing a SV con one day. Who knows? Perhaps one day I'll be able to.

Oh, thank you very much! That's lovely feedback. And never fear--I don't at all mind people disagreeing with me, and quite frequently change my own mind after discussing things with others. It's always good to hear from people with a different take on things.

Oh good! Because I know it *can* be difficult. The Lana-bashing is pretty rife in Clexy circles... but then the Lois-bashing is rife on TWoP, for example. It just depends who you hang with!
