No, actually the party is in the comments of this entry! Come and join the fun and meet new people in SV fandom. I would especially like to encourage you quiet folks lurking in the back--even those of you without livejournals of your own--to drop by and introduce yourselves. We're all a pretty friendly bunch here, and we like to make new friends. Fandom is more fun when you get involved and meet people, so why don't you stop by and say hi?

Hi! We friended each other recently, and I'm so glad to get this chance to say hi! We obviously both love Tom Welling, so that right there is awesome.

I really like your take on ships. I mean, I love Clex like whoa, but the, um, *rage* that some people in fandom have if their ships aren't the way they think they should be are kinda scary.

Hi, Kristi! That icon? Just... *guh*. Yay for awesomeness and love of Tom Welling! Or the awesomeness that is the love of Mt. Welling. He's just... What I said about the icon. *g* I couldn't let a fellow Tom lover float about on her own; there don't seem to be a lot of us in SV fandom.

As for ships, *thank you*. That rage when things don't go shippers way? Makes me cranky. I don't like being cranky. Especially when there's so much *more* story to tell, you know?

I could go on about heroes and destiny and obligation, but I won't. *g*

I don't like cranky either. I am very cheerful, and I don't like anyone to rain on my squee. Also, I think the very purpose of fandom is to alter stories yourself to suit you. Like, for instance, Clex! I've got no problem happily changing things so that they're happily having lots of teh sex. *g*

Man, that was one of the best S4 scenes EVA! It's too bad Alicia had an attack of conscience *before* she got down to business.

As for why everyone doesn't everyone think he's the hottest thing ever? Maybe his hotness shorts out parts of some folks brains...?

Clex was such a gift S1 - we didn't have to work for it at all. I do miss that. But I don't mind AUing the heck out of what we've got now - or working with angsty get-togethers, because I do think if Lex and Clark absolutely had to talk things out, they'd realize all that hostility? Is about love, lust and disappointment.

Not that I've thought about it or anything. *g*
