recs and the state of me
Jul. 29th, 2007 10:54 amI've been feeling very hermitish for the past couple weeks. I see from my calendar I have actually posted a few times, and I've been trying to make myself reply to comments and comment on people's entries, but I am finding it more challenging than normal. All I seem to want to do these days is lose myself in long Harry Potter novels. And there are so many in that fandom, it's easy. Waking up on time for work tomorrow is going to be very painful, I fear, because the past two nights in a row I've inadvertantly stayed up until 6 a.m. lost in a long story.
Meanwhile, I've been compiling a list of recs. Is anyone interested in recs for the stories that have been swallowing me whole lately? Most of them are HP classics I'm sure most people in the fandom have read already--I just read irregularly in HP so I hadn't gotten around to them yet. However, I also have a fairly lengthy list of post-Deathly Hallows stories I've enjoyed, which I will place behind a cut since most of the summaries contain spoilers for DH.
